Registered Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a therapeutic technique used to optimize the health and wellbeing of the muscular and circulatory systems through hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft tissues. Massage Therapy can be used on its own for relaxation, health and wellbeing, for the treatment of repetitive strain disorders and postural dysfunctions, or for injury recovery. It is often combined with physiotherapy to help accelerate the healing process.

Initial Assessment

Our massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Your massage therapist will complete a physical assessment and then discuss your treatment goals and preferences.
